These terms are subject to change without notice, please read this page entirely before placing an order.
1. GENERAL
- All commissions are by default for Personal Use.
- Digital artwork will be exported in PNG format.
- I reserve the right to decline any request if I feel uncomfortable or unable to complete the project.
- Please do not use my work for NFTs or generative AI.
- Please do not sell or profit from personal commissions.
- I may upload commissions with watermarks for portfolio purposes. If you request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), I will keep it confidential.
- By purchasing my services, clients automatically agree to my terms.2. Payment & Refund
- Prioritize initial payments in the form of DP/FP.
- DP only applies to transactions above $50.
- Not allowed to refund/cancel the order once I started working on the commission.
- I offer a refund in case there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.3. Revisions
- Clients get 4 revision sessions (one major revision and three minor revisions).
- Ensure clients mark all objects to be revised during each session.
- Revision request information is provided in the commission process.
- Errors in the drawing due to artist negligence are not counted as revisions, so clients can request corrections from the artist.
- Clients will be charged an additional fee if they exceed the revision limit.
- Revision fees are calculated per session, with a minimum of 30% to 60% of the fee, depending on the number of objects and the complexity of the revision session.4. Deadline & Communication
- The time it takes to finish a commission varies from 3-30 days depending on difficulty and queue.
- If there are any delays and adjustments, I will inform the Client.
- Regarding the question about your commission, you can contact me on my social media.
- Please reply to my message max 48 hours after I provide the wip update.
- Please let me know if the client has any issues that prevent them from responding to messages within a certain time.5. Copyright
- Copyright belongs entirely to me as the artist who created the work.
- Clients must include my name @nunamayou as the illustrator of the commissioned work.
- Clients may not alter or modify the commissioned artwork without permission.
1. Briefing
The client reads the artist's TOS and fills out the application form. If the artist approves the application, the artist will contact the client for further discussion.2. Payment
Invoice will be sent to the client and clients are required to make payment, clients can make full payment upfront or half payment.3. Working or creation I
Colored sketch
This section takes approximately 3-7 days, depending on complexity. I will send screenshots for the client to observe if there are any revisions required. Make sure the client marks all objects to be revised during each session. (At this stage, after the client approves the artist's work and wants to proceed to the next stage, the client will be asked to pay in full first if the client makes half payment before).What the client will receive in this session:
- A screenshot of the rough sketch
- A screenshot of the colored sketch
- One major revision session for the sketch
- Two minor revision sessions4. Client feedback and approval I
If a WIP is seen and no feedback is given, I’ll consider it approved.5.. Working or creation II
Lineart
I will do the lineart after the sketch is approved, at this stage it takes about 2-5 days depending on the complexity. (You can only make minor revisions at this stage).What the client will receive in this session:
- Lineart screenshots
- Colored lineart screenshots
- One minor revision session6. Client feedback and approval II
If a WIP is seen and no feedback is given, I’ll consider it approved.7. Finishing and delivery
After all the above is received and approved by the client, I will proceed to the finishing stage, tidying up some objects, giving effects to the image, etc. Then the finished image is sent to the client.8. Suggestions and feedback
Clients can provide suggestions and feedback to the artist after the commission is completed (optional).

1. Umum
- Semua komisi secara default ditujukan untuk Penggunaan Pribadi.
- Karya seni digital akan diekspor dalam format PNG.
- Saya berhak menolak permintaan jika saya merasa tidak nyaman atau tidak dapat menyelesaikan proyek.
- Dilarang menggunakan karya saya untuk NFT atau generatif AI.
- Dilarang menjual atau mengambil keuntungan dari komisi pribadi.
- Saya dapat mengunggah komisi dengan tanda air untuk keperluan portofolio. Jika Anda meminta Perjanjian Kerahasiaan (NDA), saya akan merahasiakannya.
- Dengan membeli layanan, klien secara otomatis menyetujui persyaratan.2. Pembayaran & Pengembalian
- Mengutamakan pembayaran awal berupa DP/FP.
- DP hanya berlaku untuk transaksi di atas Rp200.000.
- Dilarang mengajukan pengembalian/membatalkan saat pesanan mulai dikerjakan.
- Saya menawarkan pengembalian dana jika terjadi masalah di pihak saya yang menghalangi saya menyelesaikan pesanan klien.3. Revisi
- Klien dapat 4 kali sesi revisi (Satu kali major revisi dan tiga kali minor revisi).
- Pastikan klien menandai semua objek yang akan direvisi pada tiap sesi.
- Keterangan pengajuan revisi ada di bagian proses komisi.
- Kesalahan pada gambar akibat kelalaian artis tidak dihitung sebagai revisi, jadi klien dapat meminta artis untuk memperbaikinya.
- Klien akan dikenakan biaya tambahan jika melebihi batas revisi.
- Biaya revisi akan dihitung per sesi, klien akan dikenakan biaya minimal 30% hingga 60% tergantung banyaknya objek dan tingkat kerumitan pada sesi revisi.4. Tenggat waktu & Komunikasi
- Waktu penyelesaian komisi bervariasi antara 3-30 hari, tergantung tingkat kesulitan dan antrian.
- Jika ada kendala atau penundaan, saya akan memberitahu klien.
- Mengenai pertanyaan seputar komisi, silakan hubungi saya melalui pesan.
- Klien wajib membalas pesan saya maksimal 48 jam setelah saya memberikan wip update.
- Harap beritahu saya jika klien ada kendala sehingga tidak dapat membalas pesan dalam waktu tertentu.5. Hak cipta
- Hak cipta sepenuhnya milik saya sebagai seniman yang membuat karya.
- Klien harus mencantumkan nama saya @nunamayou sebagai ilustrator dari karya yang dipesan.
- Klien tidak boleh mengubah atau memodifikasi karya seni yang dipesan tanpa izin.

Klien membaca S&K artist dan mengisi formulir pengajuan, jika isi pengajuan tersebut disetujui oleh artist maka klien akan dihubungi untuk diskusi lebih lanjut.2. Pembayaran
Invoice akan dikirimkan kepada klien dan klien diminta untuk melakukan pembayaran, klien dapat melakukan pembayaran penuh di awal atau DP.3. Pengerjaan I
Colored sketch
Pada bagian ini memakan waktu sekitar 3-7 hari tergantung kerumitan. Saya akan mengirim tangkapan layar untuk klien observasi jika ada hal yang ingin direvisi, pastikan klien menandai semua objek yang akan direvisi pada tiap sesi. (Pada tahap ini setelah klien menyetujui pekerjaan sang artist dan hendak melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya, klien akan dimintai pelunasan terlebih dahulu jika klien melakukan pembayaran setengah "DP").Hal yang akan diterima klien pada sesi ini:
- Tangkapan layar sketsa kasar
- Tangkapan layar colored sketch
- Satu sesi major revisi untuk sketsa
- Dua sesi minor revisi4. Umpan balik dan persetujuan klien I
Jika WIP dilihat dan tidak ada tanggapan yang diberikan, saya akan menganggapnya disetujui.5. Pengerjaan II
Lineart
Saya akan melakukan lineart setelah sketsa disetujui, pada tahap ini memakan waktu sekitar 2-5 hari tergantung kerumitan. (Anda hanya dapat melakukan minor revisi di tahap ini).Hal yang akan diterima klien pada sesi ini:
- Tangkapan layar lineart
- Tangkapan layar colored lineart
- Satu sesi minor revisi6. Umpan balik dan persetujuan klien II
Jika WIP dilihat dan tidak ada tanggapan yang diberikan, saya akan menganggapnya disetujui.7. Penyelesaian dan pengiriman
Setelah semua hal di atas diterima dan disetujui klien, saya akan lanjut ke tahap penyelesaian, merapikan beberapa objek memberi efek pada gambar dsb. Kemudian gambar yang sudah selesai dikirim kepada klien.8. Saran dan masukan
Klien dapat memberikan saran dan masukan kepada artist setelah komisi selesai (opsional).
